We also conduct periodic property inspections and serve late payment or contract violation notices. We do not charge additional fees for sign installation, maintenance premiums, or property inspections. While we do charge a modest set up fee to establish your account with us and provide for initial advertising, we do not charge you an additional fee after your unit has been rented. In addition, we can advise owners of current rental rates and the forms they will need in order to comply with Washington State Landlord Laws.
