I've decided I would like to rent from Crown Properties, Inc. what now?
First, we want to say thank you for considering us in your search for a new home. Now, you have two options once you have decided you would like to rent from us. You can either come into our office and receive a Residential Rental Application, or you can print one off from our website and bring it in with you when you meet with one of our agents. You will need to have your application fee(s) in before we will be able to submit your application for processing. The fees are $50 for every adult that will be living in the home. This means that for two people (any two people, be it roommates, a couple, etc.) the amount you will need to bring in will be $100. Every person that will be living in the home that is over the age of 18 will need to fill out and submit an application, and will need to be on the rental agreement! To set up a meeting, give us a call at (253) 537-2700. If you have an address in mind that you would like to rent, be sure to mention it to the agent you speak with.
Apply in person or via email!
In order to apply in person or submit an application by fax or email, you can print off the form linked below. You may also pick up applications in person at our office. Please remember to bring in a separate application for each adult!
